Join the CADTH Patient and Community Advisory Committee!
We are excited to share news of an amazing initiative that will empower people living with epilepsy to affect the health and well-being of themselves and others!
If you want to be a voice for epilepsy and affect health care decisions at the national level, you should join the Patient and Community Advisory Committee by the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH).
CADTH helps make health care decisions in Canada and has a huge impact on how these decisions affect patients. This is why they are looking for the perspectives of patients to support a greater diversity of voices in their work.
CADTH are looking for 12 members to join the committee, with an expected time commitment of approximately 6-8 hours every 3 months for about 2-3 years. Find out more here.
If you are interested in joining the committee, please download and fill out the Statement of Interest found here and upload the completed document to the online application form found here. The deadline to apply is Sunday February 24th, so get those applications in!
Share your experiences with the health care system to create lasting change in health care! We hope that people living with epilepsy will get to work with CADTH and be represented on their Patient and Community Advisory Committee and will have a voice to influence health care decisions in Canada!
