Daily Positive Affirmations
I thought that in this blog, I could do something a little bit different and share my morning positive affirmations. These are 15 things that I say to myself in the mirror almost every morning, especially when I’m having a bad day. Positive affirmations can be the key to change a lot of things in your life, mostly because they make you believe in yourself more.
Here are my 15 daily positive affirmations:

- I will not worry about the small stuff
- I can do anything
- I will overcome my fears and anxiety
- I will remember, this is my time
- I am in charge of how I am feeling
- I choose happiness

- I will not compare myself to others

- I will make myself proud
I know it may sound slightly odd but try saying these to yourself in the mirror every morning for 1 week and see what happens!
