Bursary Program

Applications are no longer being accepted for bursaries for the 2024/2025 school year

Every year, we receive designated donations specific for bursaries, which are awarded to residents of BC living with epilepsy who are entering or who are in a vocational, arts, technical or an academic post secondary program.

Bursaries are awarded on-the-basis of building achievements and can be applied towards tuition, books, housing, or other academic expenses.

To be eligible, a student must:

• Have financial need
• Have a history of epilepsy
• Be 16 years or older
• Be a resident of BC
• Be a Canadian citizen
• Be current member of the BC Epilepsy Society (you can become a member of the BC Epilepsy Society by clicking here)

This year, we will be offering three bursaries of $1,000 each.
