I thought that in this blog, I could do something a little bit different and share my morning positive affirmations. These are 15 things that I say to myself in the mirror almost every morning, especially when I’m having a bad day. Positive affirmations can be the key to change a lot of things in your life, mostly because they make you believe in yourself more.

Here are my 15 daily positive affirmations:

  1. I am here for a reason
  2. I will not worry about the small stuff
  3. I can do anything
  4. I will overcome my fears and anxiety
  5. I will remember, this is my time
  6. I am in charge of how I am feeling
  7. I choose happiness
  8. I am strong
  9. I will not compare myself to others
  10. I am enough
  11. I am whole
  12. I have the power to create change
  13. I will let go of negativity
  14. I am worthy of everything I want
  15. I will make myself proud

I know it may sound slightly odd but try saying these to yourself in the mirror every morning for 1 week and see what happens!
