Mindful Movement with Dela - Free Weekly Online Yoga Class (Every Wednesday from January 13th to March 3rd at 12 PM)

We are excited to announce the launch of a provincial 8-week free online yoga program called "The Mindful Movement with Dela" starting on Wednesday January 13th.

We have partnered with Dela Coutts from Kamloops to instruct the weekly one-hour classes which are perfect for anyone at any level of yoga, including beginners.

  • About the Instructor: After 20 years of practice in professional dance, Dela became a registered yoga instructor in 2017 through the Foundation for Healing Beings and was certified by Sri Madhu Sai Deevanapilli (RYT). Dela finds clarity in practicing yoga. Stepping off the mat makes her feel more love, gratitude, and inner strength. With her professional dance background, she finds yoga to be a naturally pleasurable and powerful transition. Dela aspires to guide her students through a practice of self-love, courage and acceptance.

  • DATES: Every Wednesday from January 13th to March 3rd
  • TIMES: 12 PM to 1 PM PST
  • WHERE: Online via Zoom

Classes are open to people living with epilepsy in BC and their families, friends and loved ones as well as anyone else in BC with an interest in yoga. Spots are limited, so sign up today!
